The Rocky Mountain CitySummit needed a live video production partner who could create a strategy to connect and engage key civic and business leaders around the topic of community innovation within the eight Rocky Mountain States: Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Produced by the Downtown Denver Partnership, organizers wanted to solve two problems. First, engage audience members who could not attend. And second, expand the audience beyond an already sold-out conference.
CenterTable worked with the Downtown Denver Partnership to create “Rocky Mountain City Summit Live,” a custom produced streaming program that featured online-only content, keynote presentations, and extended interviews with speakers.
High quality, multi-camera live video streaming allowed viewers from around the nation to participate in “The City of the Future” by broadcasting keynote presentations, panel discussions, and break-out sessions which focused on connection, experience, and design.
Audience engagement was a key factor in the live production. Online viewers could post questions which were answered live during the broadcast. This created an environment where viewers from around the nation and the Rocky Mountain States could engage online and on Facebook.
Additionally, the livestream provided value added exposure by allowing key presenters, sponsors, and organizers a platform for brand activation and an opportunity to connect with the live audience.
